Washington High School Player Set State Record

Austin Rehkow set a state record on Tuesday night. The record he set was a kicking record, he made a 67 yard field goal. This feild goal tied the game for Washington State and sent it to overtime. Washington State came out of Thursday night with an overtime win, the final score was 62-55. Rehkow blasted it through the upright, it still had about three more yard on it. After the game  Austin said " he was worried that the kick would go a bit left". He also said " it started to straighten and that he had to wait to see if the kick had the distance". All pro Nfl kickers should watch out, theres a new kicker in town.

Lions Huge Win Over Eskimos

The Lions won 39-19 without their star quarterback Travis Lulay. Their back-up quarterback Mike Reilly started off slow, he threw an interception on his second throw. After that Reilly bounced back and threw for 276 yards, two touchdowns, and had a 67.9 completion percentage. People are now talking about this young up-rising star, and are perhaps going after him in the 2014 expansion draft.

Preschool Teacher Caught Hauling 19 Students

 

On Monday, October 15th, a nursey school teacher got caught by police hauling 19 six year old kids. She took 31 kids to a mall for a field trip, she was caught on her last load of students. On her last load three students were in the front, eleven in the rear, and six in the hatch. This lady named Minnie was charged 170 dollars.

Tigers Defeat Yankees

The Yankees were on their way to the World Series until the Detroit Tiger showed them whos boss. The Detroit Tigers swept the Yankees four games to zero. The Tiger are on their way to the World Series, they are waiting for the St. Louis Cardinals or San Fransico Giants to be their opponent. In game four the Tigers made a statement by winning 8-1.

Pen State Cheerleader Serious Injury

On Saturday night, cheerleader Paige Raque dropped 39 feet from a five story window. She dropped out of her apartment window, she is in critical condition in a hospital. Today, she showed a bit of movement and opened her eyes a few times. "The Louisville native is fun-loving and has spark", said Jepsen. Her school is truly praying for their school member.
